Margaux Salcedo is a food and travel writer from the Philippines.

She is the author of the First Class, a business features column focusing on food, wine and travel published on Sundays in the Philippine Daily Inquirer. 

Her previous columns include Menu in the Lifestyle Section of the Philippine Daily Inquirer; Taste Matters in Cook Magazine; as well as a column in the monthly glossy of Philippine Airlines, Mabuhay Magazine. Her first column as food critic was Menu in the Sunday Inquirer Magazine.

She has contributed and been featured in almost all leading lifestyle magazines in the Philippines, including Rogue, Metro Society, Food and Yummy. She has also contributed articles for the books Memories of Philippine Kitchens 2 by Amy Besa and Romy Dorotan, and Slow Food by the Doreen Fernandez Writing Awards team. 

She was the Country Editor for the Philippines of the Miele Guide, the first comprehensive restaurant guide and Asian Best Restaurant Awards.
